Program name: Ping SMS Verification (operated by Black Lotus Software LLC).
Program description. When you enter your phone number and choose Send Code, we send a single 6‑digit one‑time password (OTP) by text to verify your number or help you sign in/reset your password. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
Frequency. Messages are one‑time per request. Codes expire shortly after they are sent.
Fees. Message & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt‑out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message. To opt back in later, reply START (or UNSTOP) or request another code in the app.
Help. Reply HELP for help at any time, or email hello@blacklotussoftware.com.
Eligibility & consent. By pressing Send Code, you confirm you are authorized to use the number, and you consent to receive the one‑time message(s) described above.
Delivery. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or limited by your carrier or device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Geography. SMS delivery from our toll‑free number primarily covers the United States and Canada.
Acceptable use. Do not request codes for numbers that are not yours, or attempt to abuse or disrupt the service. We may block suspicious or abusive activity.
Privacy. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., in‑app or on our website). Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
